In 2015, Diana began teaching creative writing courses for Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Talented Youth. Acting as a mentor, she provides gifted students, from grades 7 – 12, with constructive editorial feedback to improve their writing ability. She teaches two classes: a sophomore-level college course on Writing Analysis and Persuasion, and a freshman-level writing course on Crafting the Essay. Her aim is to teach students some of what she’s learned as a professional author, and guide them as they find their own writing voice.
